Corrected GPG key links in the Prep section of the README - They were still set to the invalid address "download.copr.fedoraproject.org" and I think this was by accident. I have corrected it, and these changes worked for me. Hopefully this was the right thing to do.

Thanks! Fedora changed their host and I am sure I have this error scattered about everywhere.
