new blocks

hi david it's really nice ardublock still going ahead. i ve also make some block. i begin to use in a better way github

i ve done this :

• add portb, portc, portd, pinb, pinc, pind
• add neopixel clear to clear all led
• add "servo plus" to duinoedu to fixe the sped of rotation.
• replace serial println by serial print like this we can chosse if we want a print or println
• i add the block unsigned_long who was in a old version, but it was deleted

at last, i just make a git fetch upstream, git merge upstream/master so i make a commit to resolve the conflict. i don' t know if i have to do like this to resolve the conflict

i ve just take a look at jerusalab. they have make midi_command but there is no one in com.ardublock.translator.block.jerusalab
