Spanish translation #120

As trunk version 852, the file src/main/resources/com/ardublock/block/ardublock_es_ES.properties would be better renamed as ardublock_es.properties, because people in Latin America could not see the spanish translation. For example, my locale is "es_AR" and Ardublock is showing in english, being "es_ES" is only useful in Spain. Later, if differences arises, the file ardublock_es_ES.properties could be cretaed again, but only to contain the small differences applicables in Spain.
