Overlay Bitmap Tiles Google Maps #361

Hello i have been developing a app to a festival that use googlemaps.

I need to overlay the map with a bitmap tilling. I need to load the tiles from 
inside the app, without resourcing to an server.

1 - How can i create the tiles, what is the best program?

2 - I use the class "GoogleTilesOverlay.java". How can i load the tiles?
