write data to csv instead of to the .htm file?

This enhancement would make the .htm file easier to read. Not sure whether it will affect performance in any way.

PRO:

• easier to read the .htm file
• only have to export the dataframe once, theoretically

CON:

• difficult to tell whether the dataframe has changed between uses, so we'd probably end up exporting every time anyway
• we now have two files per visualization, which is annoying

No longer an issue; we are writing everything directly to the web page.
