Trying to recreate sheet CN1 of the excel file (Piketty) "Agrégats IPP - Comptabilité nationale" showcased a few major bugs in the parser.
These commits fix these bugs and creates a function for recreating the excel sheets, with the example of CN1.
For the moment, the output is a .csv as excel cannot deal with MultiIndex.
To view it in excel, rename the output file with extension .txt and open it with excel.
