Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when I cannot easily add my own libraries from the GUI and have to go though nasty YAML files.

Describe the solution you'd like Have the possibility to add them easily in the GUI.

Additional context Both for spectra and retention times
