As requested by @RemyMG, implement the "I have no network" mode and document it.

For now, the pipeline needs a network.

• [ ] Fix 1 (prioritary):

• "Do you have a network?"

  • "Yes" -> Good, continue
  • "No" -> Sad, you'll miss chemical weighting if using isdb but you can still process your files until the end.

• [ ] Fix 2 (maybe later):

• "Do you have a network?"

  • "Yes" -> Good, continue
  • "No" -> No problem, we will compute one for you.
