Allow files to be outside of `data/source` #89

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When using Shiny, I'm always frustrated when I have to copy my files to data/source altough this is good for me.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to drop files located anywhere.

Describe alternatives you've considered ShinyFiles:: suggested by @meowcat

Additional context I was against it, but let's open the pandora box 😈

Note:

It is still recommended to place your fles in data/source. Having them outside breaks targets:: functionalities to avoid reprocessing, for example, the same mgf.
