Apologies if I am asking something with an obvious explanation, but why is an estimated tumor purity of 0.3 considered invalid in the QC step (NA is self-explanatory)? I am referencing the documentation found here and line 94 in facets_fit_qc. I can not find this criteria explained anywhere in the original FACETS documentation or software.
