Different vim colorschemes for low and high screen brightness #40

Some parts of my colorscheme (e.g. cursorlines) don't place nice when the screen brightness is low.

Done when there is a preliminary low-brighness colorscheme in addition to the current high-brightness one and there is a toggle between them (preferably automatic based on screen brightness).
