Build is not installing correct version #4

This is using the latest intall of kiex

~/.kiex/elixirs/elixir-0.12.3/bin/elixir -v Elixir 0.12.0

Was this a new install of kiex or after updating a current install? If the latter how did you update?

Were there any failures when installing 0.12.3 (kiex install 0.12.3)?

I did a clean install and tested with two versions (0.12.0 and 0.12.3) installed. I am not seeing the same issue. Here is the video of the test walk-thru:
