feat: support xmltv trim flag #68

Just adds support for the trim flag.. defaulting this to true though I have not tested this with my media server yet. 🤷 I'm going to merge this in and probably cut a release just call out if you see any issues @tarkah , thanks!

This should not be defaulted to true. Trimming channels causes issues with xTeVe and should be an opt-in feature for those who want to deal with the headaches associated with it (unless xTeVe no longer has issues w/ dynamic channels?)
