Hey Taylor -- As part of an ongoing restructuring, we're switching the base url of the Close API to api.close.com instead of app.close.io.

This PR makes that switch for your Ruby gem :) Let me know if anything else is needed here!

Thanks @eengoron, is there a deadline after which service to app.close.io will be discontinued?

There are no plans for app.close.io/api/v1 to be removed/discontinued at this time, but it is deprecated in favor of api.close.com/api/v1
