feature: accept/reject invites #2

I have received an invite URL via email and would like to accept or reject the invite via Harmony. The invite I would like to process is on a private server. I don't yet have an account on that server, so I would like the invite acceptance process to create the account there. The invite URL looks like this (random string changed):

Added to version 0.4.0 with the show-invite command, which displays and optionally accepts an invite. Invites aren't recipient-specific, so an invite can be rejected simply by not accepting it.
