Reformat code with Black, line limited to 79
Reorder imports using isort with --profile=black
Add doc strings for modules, classes and methods
Use formated strings instead of str.format
Ignore some linter errors

Thue it is a work in progress, review are already welcome to allow fixing E.G. bad doc strings while I continue to care about other files. It would also be interesting to know if it could also be useful to care about files in E.G. scripts.
