Breakout board for encoder #16

Creating a PCB for the wheel encoders (two together). Will feature: LEDs for power, and indicator LEDs for when a magnet passes by. Some sort of jack... (how will this work for 2 encoders of 3 pins?)

Dimensions of PCB could be used to create an enclosure.
