Assemble, Test, and Debug MSB-2

MSB-2, main sensor board version 2, needs to be assembled. This board will include all elements of MSB-1 plus all environmental sensors

The board should be assembled one module at a time, and tested intermediately.

• ESP32: Ensure board is getting power, and code is able to be uploaded
• Wheel Encoder: Ensure communication with microcontroller, run tick testing, ensure functionality is same as breadboard
• BNO-085: Ensure communication with microcontroller, run tilt tests, ensure functionality is same as breadboard
• GPS: Ensure communication with microcontroller, run accuracy/precision tests, ensure functionality is same as breadboard
• Once all of the modules have passed their individual tests, perform each of the tests again on the fully integrated board.
• Verify environmental sensors per IoT project guidelines, ensure same functionality as breadboard
