Apps using cios load slower than previous versions.

apps: savegame manager gx, wii xplorer

Hm? I've no clue.
Are you sure you didn't change anything else, for example the device.
And please specify the 2 versions you compared.
Also, if they are not consecutive find the 1st version which started being 
slower for you so I can diff the source.

D2x v6 final-loaded fastest
D2x v7 final loaded a little slower
D2x v8 R40 & R41 loaded the slowest on those two apps above

Same devices as before.
