BB 251 breaks BB's SLQ connection. #48

Upgraded BB from 242 to 251.

When loading, BB displays:

21:09:56 [INFO] [BBROTHER] ------------------------------------ 21:09:56 [SEVERE] [BBROTHER] Could not establish SQL connection. Disabling BigBrother

Also disables other mods (such as MultiWorld).
