set Bandage XDG_RUNTIME_DIR to user writable folder #3

e.g. XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=~/tmp

This is horrible but I don't see a workaround for the bandage image command to still run Qt is a dependency, and it will look in /run/user/[d+]/ if not specified as an environmental variable 🤦‍♀️
