Temporarily disable a spec because of expired cert #17

I believe that taylorjthurlow.com is now expired, so tests would fail. It would be wise to disable them until we can do something with it.

Yep, saw this earlier. Ideally we should figure out a way to suitably test this without actually testing a live SSL cert.
