Create ProductContext state that tracks total number of section in a form
Created Card wrapper called FormSection to handle styles and actions
Updated styling for FormSection
Create useManageActiveSection hook to handle updating active section state
Active section updated via click on Pillbar steppers or by clicking on a FormSection card
