Investigate Deployment via GitHub CI #348

Story statement

As a maintainer of the platform I want a way to use GitHub CI to run deployments on processors **So that I can use GitHub as a central place to view build and deployment status on processors

Acceptance criteria

  1. Manual deployment to different environments through GitHub actions
  2. Secured/secret variables per environment which are pulled in by the specific environment
