Throw error on bad startup #54

Lenbkr commented 1 year ago

Previously if bad config or startup failed to connect to db/redis it would partially spin up. Only affected services would become unavailable and the status would have to be explicitly checked via ReadyCheck. ReadyCheck is now called automatically and would throw and clean up if a problem occurred.
