What did we change?

Updated coe-lib version

Why are we doing this?

To support the updated in coe-lib allowing multi-currency communication through the system.

How was it tested?

[x] Locally
[ ] Development Environment
[ ] Not needed, changes very basic
[ ] Husky successfully run
[ ] Unit tests passing and Documentation done
