What did we change?

Added a file whitelist for publish

Why are we doing this?

So we don't include documentation in our build

How was it tested?

[x] Locally
[x] Development Environment
[ ] Not needed, changes very basic
[ ] Husky successfully run
[ ] Unit tests passing and Documentation done
