Update manual links #15

Thanks for this great introduction to nix, the language. I found some links to nix manual are not working (they redirect me to manual homepage and one github link led to 404 page), so I fixed all the links for which I was able to find appropriate target.

The only exception is https://github.com/tazjin/nixdoc which now redirects to https://github.com/nix-community/nixdoc I didn't touch that one and will leave it up to you to potentially update it, because I don't know the situation around this project.
