Compatibility with angular universal #100

These changes worked for me with angular universal

@franciscofernando Thanks for submitting PR! Can you include .ts changes? Can you include some setup that we can use to verify lib works with angular universal? I would be open for example for using angular-cli to build https://github.com/tb/ng2-nouislider/tree/master/demo (which is published at http://tb.github.io/ng2-nouislider/)
