Device information for "Wacom Intuos S" not found! #47

Hi,

I get the following error when I run wacom-gui.py. My device is connected and works fine. But only with default settings and I cannot change the settings. Screenshot at 2020-11-25 05-26-08

I bought this from amazon here: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B079HL9YSF/ I have linux Mint 19.3

Me too with Intuos pen small CTL-480. Is recognized and work, but the wacom-gui can't find it.

Please try using the latest release: https://github.com/tb2097/wacom-gui/releases/tag/v0.3.0-rc18, let me know if this resolves the issue.

I tried the rc18 and still the same error
