[VT-10] vit is confused by small commands - :ls and :he #10

That's right! Help is broken! and so is :ls.. but only occasionally/ intermittently. some of the time when I enter ":ls" in vit, it fails, reporting that

Error: task ls: no matches

and can re-enter :ls with the same result.

ALL of the time, :he results in

he: command not found

operator error, vit and the :h command are fine.. I think rejecting the issue.
