(this is not my idea, w3m does this and I love it). Why not make the ":h" command not only display the content of vit-commands but also any command that the user has mapped in .vitrc? And mark or remove the listed shortcut of any predefined vit shortcut that is overriden by a vitrc mapping. That way :h truly documents all commands the user can type...

Makes sense. I probably won't implement this myself (there's still other bugs to squash out for a while before I get to features like this) but patches are welcome.
