[VT-44] vit; interface change - split the header-bar #44

I'd like to propose a slight change in the vit interface, that will help clarify things, and will bring vit closer to the vim interface.

Right now, the header-bar consists of two lines, and I would propose that one line be left at the top, and one line moves down to the vim-status-bar position.

the information left in the top-bar should be

    Taskwarrior 2.3.0-beta1 --= vit 1.2.1 =-- 12 shown/ 71 pending/ 31 completed = 102 (never)

("never" refers to the convergence completion date) The left-side (Taskwarrior v# area) should also be used for errors or status notification, in other words, could be replaced by "sync required" or some such thing, as needed.

the information on the bottom-bar reflects the active %TASKARGS on the left, and could feature other information, like taskd server status, org and group on the right

    task proj:foo +baz list -- g:dev - o:tw - taskd:ready

For full harmony with the vim-taskwarrior interface, I'm going to request that a matching top-bar be added there, with the same info.
