[VT-87] info report needs pager #87

David Patrick on 2014-06-08T20:03:42Z says:

Hit and vit shows the info report. If there is a lot of history, or changes (more than a page) then only the bottom (least important) details are shown, with the only option to "Hit Enter to Continue". In some shells, it's possible to shift-page-up, to see the top of the output, but it's sub-optimal. A pager of some sort would be good here.
