[VT-95] color.label unicode (?) errors #95

While applying color to the label-line, using ,taskrc-setting color.label=, I see that vit has a minor glitch following a unicode character in that line, where the background color is discontinuous. See attached screenshot, it's the black square after the unicode (phase) symbol.

as another clue: this little error goes away after changing reports!
