Enable configuration of filesystem metadata extraction and prettyprint #132

To be merged shortly into Tika, we now allow extraction of file system metadata from the filesystem fetcher. We also allow configuration of pretty print in the filesystem emitter. We should enable configuration of those in the GUI.
