The roster workload summary says "for this X week period".
It seems to base X on the "window" set in the top nav.
But there might only be services for the first Y weeks of that period, which makes the heading misleading.
Also, there might be more than one service per week (esp Christmas, Easter).
So better to look at how many services there have been - "People assigned more than twice for these Z services".
