Add support for managing tithes and offerings #669

Jethro is an excellent system, but as a Pastor, I would like to suggest the inclusion of a resource for managing tithes and offerings. Theoretically it would be quite simple, just Create the option "We say and offers" in one of the menus, to be able to select the member (person) through the combobox, to be able to select the launch option (tithe, offer, donation) through a combobox, to select the date, the amount and other additional information and click on Save ... Example:

Isaias Silva - Titimo, Valor 200.00, 09/14/2020 - Titimo for the month 09/2020 Isaias Silva - Offer, Value 50.00, 09/14/2020 - Offer campaign purchase of land - for the month 09/2020 Isaias Silva - Donation, Amount 50.00, 09/14/2020 - donation to the Social Project for the month 09/2020

In the example above ... (Name of person, Type of contribution (tithe, offer, donation, campaign etc.), amount, date, observation ... When saving, generate a receipt to be sent by email or whatsapp of the member .

In the members' section, there should be a history of bills, offers and other contributions made. You must also have an Accountant to ADD the offers, we say, contributions etc. TOTAL of members per congregation.

This last rule - can be a report or on the HOME page (have a shortcut with the total amount of bills, offers, campaign -> when clicking, you will be redirected to the details for the month mentioned.

This Say and Offer Resource, would be a watershed and make the Jethro System extremely Complete. It is the only resource I missed.

If it is implemented, please keep me updated, I would like to make a financial contribution as a form of incentive. But if it is not implemented that GOD bless them nonetheless and congratulations on this beautiful work.

It's nice NOT having management of tithes and offerings in Jethro. Its not necessary in an Australian context. I/we actually chose Jethro because it is free of it. If someone does the work to add it - it would be nice to be able to choose not to have it.
