get umxSummaryGxEbiv working for umxGxEbiv #123

The summary umxGxEbiv wasn't working. Have a look and get it working, with a note that this is beta code.

Working, but needs more work, including a working plot function. GxE plots the moderated values of a, c, and e across the range of the moderator.

Not sure what combination of plot and figure would be best for GxEbiv.

I've also not seen any use of this function, so somewhat on the back burner.
