add weight to umxRAM #203

Dear Tim,

This is following discussion #202, and I noticed this could be an easy fix that could also help me learn doing PRs. Could you please revise the code? This code passes weight to the appropriate functions until mxData is called.

Last time I did this you suggested I also used umx_make(), do you mind sharing what parameters I should use in umx_make()? It kept looking into a binary on my machine.

merged now - let's try its out to see if this works.
