umx_nice_data: add facility to turn numeric zygosity codes into human readable levels #93

umx_make_twin_data_nice can re-code variable names to the standard var_T1 format, and re-name the column of zyg data to zygosity. Be nice if it could also map user levels for zygosity onto a uniform set of human-readable names "MZMM" etc. instead of ambiguous "1", "2"...
