Performance report after completion of a run #39

After the run was completed there should be some performance report.

Include
Number of execution items completed
Number of inserted rows
Time it took
Number of errors
List of errors

Amount of data create?

Implemented:
Number of execution items completed
Approximation of Number inserted rows
Time it took
Starttime, endtime
Number of errors
List of errors

The list of errors is not visible in the GUI atm. Only showing a quick summary 
of the result.
