There should be global options for the generators #40

There should global options for the generators so that for example it is 
possible to set a date when datetime generators should base their generation 
from.

Suggested options:
DateTime generation start date
Number generation start number

Datetime generator start date is now configurable. Left to do is Integer start 
number.

Cannot see the use for editing the starting number, also it will cause to much 
trouble.
Setting datetime is the most valueable and usefull setting.
