What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.With screen resolution 1920x1080 and the font size 125% can not see part of 
the general information. Anything below the hash is not available.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the products are you using?
OS:Win7
Transmission: 1.76 (build XXXX)
Remote: 3.22 (rev 1)

Could you try with latest nighty build?

The general info panel was fixed size, but it's changed long ago.
