Change Tracker Address #369

Would be nice to add the capability to change the adresse of the tracker. 

For many private tracker you need to add a personal identification key to the 
tracker address something like
http://tracker.xxxx.com:56969/private_key/announce

In µTorrent you just right click the tracker address and select properties to 
be able to change the tracker name. But I couls not find this capability in 
transmission-remote-dotnet
