We offer two different programs: on- and off-site.
ON SITE
We provide the equipment and the coach. They work out the schedule with us for when we need to be there. Each workout lasts one hour and includes a warm up and explanation of the movements prior to the workout, followed by a cool down/stretching phase. Your classes can be any size up to 30 employees.
There are three options: (these are monthly prices).
4 visits per month, once weekly $1,000
8 visits per month, twice weekly $1,800
12 visits per month, 3x weekly $ 2,520
OFF SITE
This consists of us sending a coach to their facility and performing an on-site survey of their equipment and providing programming for their staff to follow. They can also post questions to the blog which our professionals can answer daily as they work through the programming. We do not provide equipment for this or coaching. $800.
