Fixes issues #1, #2, #3 #4

1: display the datepicker below

2: basically, it introduces a different workflow:

if the user is on the new entry page, he creates a new entry when submitting the form
if the user is visualising an old entry, he can update it
3: the current user sees only his entries in the list
