Getting Started Page: Need to get membership information input and formatted #28

On this page https://github.com/tbbooher/new_cfa/blob/master/content-start.php#L24-L26 , we need to add membership content through careful use of bootstrap styles.

This the suggested layout for tabs. If you don't have any objections, I will start the markup and layout in the site.

I need to add the Call to Action (CTA) button on this page. Doing that now.
