Coach pictures #37

we need to get coach pictures formatted.

What do you mean by formatted? I would add some custom upload sizes and add one of those sizes to the template and make user we have fluid image setup and we are good.

I currently have them displaying 200x200, but it would be good to have an actual image created upon upload.

this is working
