  1. use contact form 7 to create a submission for free-wod
  2. have it send with the specific subject: [FREE WOD] 19 Dec -- Booher, Tim
  3. create an alias: free-wod@crossfitadaptation.com and have it send to dave torpy
  4. create new button on get started page around free wod
